What does it take to be the best?

Mastering the fundamentals - There is a big focus on footwork, positioning, and technique during each training session. 

Physical Excellence - Maintaining strength, flexibility and endurance is emphasized through outside of the field work. This includes a proper warm up, stretching and doing speed work. 

Tactical Awareness - The ability to read the game and have confidence is practiced throughout each session. This includes watching film and learning from past mistakes for the next action.
